Title: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor 2nd shift
Location: Selah, WA (on-site with GREAT relocation package; see below)
Salary: $75,000-90,000 + $750 quarterly bonus
Requirements: Must have experience leading groups/supervising employees.

We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor who will be supervising up to 10 people-all mechanics but will support on the operations side as well. Our plant has 8 manufacturing lines, 2 sauce decks, and a press deck with nearly 300 employees. The ideal candidate will have both electrical and mechanical background and should be comfortable if tasks require both areas.

The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily operations in the maintenance department, focusing on electrical and mechanical areas. They manage employees, work orders, parts inventory, and the maintenance budget. Additionally, they drive improvements in process efficiency, energy performance, safety, and product quality. You will be supervising up to 10 people-all mechanics. This position also works closely with the Engineering Department with regards to the plant's ongoing automation/electrical and mechanical system support.
