HR Generalist

Salary: $45K - $60K
Location: Heber Springs, AR

Key Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Administer employee benefit programs and provide guidance to staff on benefits-related inquiries.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support performance management processes and employee relations initiatives.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
Strong knowledge of managing benefits (Helpful)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
