Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems on construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable fire protection codes and standards, including NFPA 13.
- Coordinate with other contractors and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular inspections of fire sprinkler systems to ensure functionality and compliance.
- Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction, specifically with fire sprinkler and fire protection systems.
- Valid RME-I certification.
- Strong knowledge of fire protection codes, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
