We are a premier commercial engineering firm and general contractor seeking a Superintendent to join our team.

The Superintendent is responsible for the overall management and coordination of projects, ensuring that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards through all phases (including plumbing, electrical, build, etc).

Position Overview: The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing on-site construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will oversee the coordination of on-site construction activities, materials, and equipment, while ensuring that safety protocols and regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of sites and projects, ensuring the completion of projects on time and within budget.
Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities and personnel (including trades).
Prepare and monitor project schedules and budgets.
Ensure that safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site.
Conduct regular inspections of construction projects.
Resolve any on-site construction issues and disputes.
Manage and coordinate the delivery and installation of materials and equipment.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Engineering and/or Commercial Construction, as much as possible in related roles.
Experience in ground up projects related to commercial, mixed-use, or public building projects.
Excellent communication and tenure, we want people that will stick around!
Ability to work in DE and Southeastern PA
