What You Will Be Doing

This will be a combined role of inside and outside sales. You will work closely with our Bay Area office to help develop recruitment goals for upcoming and existing projects. The ideal candidate will have the desire to mentor others and will thrive in a collaborative environment.

- Assisting with proposal preparation
- Attending career and networking events
- Forming relationships with management to support their recruiting needs
- Leading overall development and implementation of marketing and sales strategy for various initiatives

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ years of experience with marketing, lead generation, and/or recruiting
- Bachelors Degree (Business, Marketing, Construction Management)
- Construction industry knowledge
- Established industry connections are a PLUS
