Job Title: Business Immigration Attorney
Location: Miami, FL (in-office)
Salary: $120,000-$140,000/year
Requirements:
1.) Juris Doctor (JD) and valid/active license to practice law.
2.) 5+ years of recent professional experience with immigration law (business immigration preferred).
3.) Proficiency/expertise in EB1, EB2-NIW, EB-3, L-1, O-1, or other non-immigrant work authorizations.

Position Overview
The Business Immigration Attorney will provide expert legal counsel and representation to corporations and individuals on various immigration matters. This role focuses on navigating complex immigration laws, ensuring compliance, and facilitating the immigration process for clients seeking non-immigrant and immigrant work authorization options.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on immigration law and regulations related to business and employment-based immigration.
  • Prepare and file petitions for non-immigrant and immigrant work authorizations, including EB and NIW categories.
  • Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with changes in immigration law and policy.
  • Represent clients in administrative hearings and appeals before immigration authorities as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and strategic immigration planning.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and valid/active license to practice law.
  • Active bar membership in good standing.
  • 5+ years of recent professional experience in immigration law, particularly in business immigration.
  • Proficiency/expertise in EB1, EB2-NIW, EB-3, L-1, O-1, or other non-immigrant work authorizations.
  • Strong understanding of employment-based immigration processes and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
