CNC Programmer

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming multi-axis CNC machines, and optimizing machining processes.

Key Responsibilities

Create and optimize CNC programs
Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and engineering drawings to develop machining strategies.
Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds to maximize efficiency and quality.
Work closely with machinists to troubleshoot and improve machining processes.
Ensure quality control standards are met through first-article inspections and process adjustments.
Maintain and update program libraries for efficiency and standardization.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in CNC programming, preferably in a precision machining environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and CAD models.
Experience with multi-axis milling and turning centers.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
