Corporate Controls Infrastructure Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Controls Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and optimize control systems across our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will work to enhance system integration and automation efforts within the organization, ensuring our operations run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement control systems for industrial automation applications.
Integrate various systems, including PLCs, SCADA, and HMI, to streamline operations.
Develop and optimize PLC programming and ladder logic for Allen Bradley PLCs and Control Logix.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical engineering and instrumentation.
Utilize Matlab and Simulink for system modeling and simulation purposes.
Support automated engineering projects in the food and beverage manufacturing sector.
Implement PID control strategies to improve system performance and stability.
Develop HMI applications using Wonderware and AVEVA software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the MES platform integration.
Write and maintain .Net programs and SQL queries for data management and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in system integration and automation within industrial environments.
Hands-on expertise in PLC programming, particularly with Allen Bradley and Control Logix systems.
Strong knowledge of SCADA, HMI development, and industrial networks.
Experience with Robotics and instrumentation applications.
Familiarity with PID control and troubleshooting techniques.
Proficient in using Matlab and Simulink for engineering applications.
Previous experience in food and beverage manufacturing is a plus.
Knowledge of automated engineering principles and practices.
Ability to write and execute .Net programs and SQL queries.
