Position Overview
The Controls Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for industrial automation. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure efficient operation of machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement control systems using PLCs and HMIs.
Develop and maintain SQL databases for data collection and analysis.
Create detailed AutoCAD drawings for control system layouts.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control systems and automation equipment.
Work with Rockwell and Fanuc systems to enhance automation processes.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve system reliability and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in automation and controls engineering.
Proficiency in PLC programming and HMI development.
Familiarity with SQL and database management.
Experience with AutoCAD for control system design.
Knowledge of Rockwell and Fanuc automation systems is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
