Position Overview
We are in search of a Director of Field Operations to manage complex construction projects from start to finish. In this position, you will coordinate and oversee all construction activities and personnel between our Canton, MA office and various job sites across MA and CT. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in multi-family housing construction, including experience with ground-up projects, occupied renovations, and/or reuse and preservation initiatives.
