Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in the design and implementation of our innovative electrical systems for aerospace and UAV applications. This role will focus on overseeing projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving innovation in product development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the electrical engineering team, providing direction and support on various projects.
Oversee the design and development of electrical systems, including circuit design and power systems.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project completion.
Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving to address engineering challenges and improve product performance.
Utilize CAD software for circuit design and drafting technical documentation for engineering projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the engineering process.
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and upper management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in project management and team leadership in an engineering environment.
Strong knowledge of circuit design, power systems, and embedded systems.
Proficiency in CAD software and electronic design tools.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex engineering problems.
Strong understanding of compliance standards and regulatory requirements in the electrical engineering field.
Experience with budgeting and resource management for engineering projects.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
