Position Overview
The ERP SysAdmin will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimization of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring its reliability and performance in supporting the organization's manufacturing operations. This role will involve collaborating with various departments to enhance system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues reported by users.
Collaborate with IT and manufacturing teams to gather system requirements and optimize ERP functionalities.
Implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as necessary.
Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with ITIL standards.
Provide training and support to users on ERP system functionalities and best practices.
Maintain documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and user guides.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in Syteline ERP system administration
Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database management.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and ERP functionalities relevant to manufacturing.
Experience with Mongoose development is a plus.
Proficiency in Windows Server administration and system maintenance.
ITIL certification or knowledge of ITIL principles is preferred.
