Position Overview
The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of software solutions in alignment with company goals. This role involves leading a team of engineers, collaborating on innovative projects, and ensuring that best practices in software engineering are followed.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers on various projects
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications
Ensure adherence to software development best practices and methodologies
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose improvements to the existing systems
Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
8+ years of experience in software engineering and development
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure
Strong understanding of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing software development teams
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
