Salary - $180,000 - $240,000 (Plus Bonus Potential)

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trial preparation, negotiation, and advocacy, with a focus on providing exceptional legal representation to our clients. This position involves managing complex litigation cases from inception to resolution, employing strategic approaches to achieve favorable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all phases of litigation cases, including trial preparation and court appearances.
Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Develop and implement effective litigation strategies tailored to each case.
Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients in various legal matters.
Conduct depositions and interviews to gather evidence and witness testimony.
Provide client counseling and maintain open communication throughout the litigation process.
Ensure compliance with court procedures and civil rules governing litigation.
Present evidence and arguments effectively in court to facilitate favorable judgments.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, with a strong focus on trial preparation and advocacy.
In-depth knowledge of contract law, criminal law, and civil procedures.
Proven skills in negotiation and evidence presentation.
Strong legal writing and case management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
