What You Will Be Doing

- Order Approval, Custom Quote Creation
- Reviewing incoming orders for product viability
- Proper pricing ensuring complete information and correct paperwork/contract documents.
- Create quotes of custom products in support of our sales efforts.

What You Need for this Position

- Prior order entry experience.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience/skill/knowledge MS Office with use of Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Methodical person and like to adhere to processes (NOT a design position).
- Fast learner with strong memorization skills.
- Solid intrapersonal skills; working with sales team (via phone and email) and with the Order Approval/Custom Quote Department.
- While most work is done independently, the ideal candidate should be successful working well in a group setting

- Prefer some AutoCad drawing experience.
- Prefer some cabinet/construction/building material supply experience.
