Personal Injury Attorney - Catastrophic Cases

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney specializing in catastrophic cases to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocating for clients who have suffered severe injuries and will be responsible for managing all aspects of complex personal injury litigation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in personal injury cases involving catastrophic injuries.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel on behalf of clients.
  • Develop case strategies and build strong arguments to support clients' claims.
  • Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials as necessary to advocate for clients' best interests.
  • Interview clients and witnesses to gather relevant information and evidence for cases.
  • Stay updated on laws and regulations pertaining to personal injury and insurance claims.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on catastrophic cases.
  • Demonstrated success in handling complex, plaintiff-side litigation.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
