Project Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers and clients to ensure that all engineering specifications are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage construction activities on-site
Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and schedules
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and quality
Assist in budget management and cost estimation for projects
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry
Familiarity with USACE and NAVFAC standards and regulations
Experience with federal projects is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing environments
