Title: Project Manager - Custom Modular Exhibits (Tradeshows)
Location: Woodridge, IL 60517 (Southwest Chicago)
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 + Bonus + Relocation

Founded in 2001 we are a 350 employee designer, producer & wholesaler of wide format digital print products for a variety of retailers across the US. We are a visual communications company with the largest selection of solutions for trade shows, exhibits, retail environments, business meetings etc in the marketspace today. We have acquired a few new businesses since covid and are private equity owned with very strong financial backing as we continue to gain market share in the space. For our facility in Woodridge we are targeting to hire a Project Manager who can take ownership of a conceptual display booth design project once it's been quoted & the client buys it and help make the CAD file 100% complete, have calls with the client to get the details & materials handled then work with engineering & fabrication to make everything to client specifications.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead & manage multiple project from order entry & CAD detailing through final production & delivery
Analyze & interpret client requirements communicating directly w/ clients to confirm needs & deliverables
Organize items using an existing CAD file to finalize bill of materials, layouts etc
Collaborate w/ woodshop, metal shop, graphics team & setup crew to ensure projects are completed on time
Communicate effectively w/ internal teams & clients, ensuring alignment & transparency at all stages of the project
Manage order changes & reworks, ensuring adjustments are efficiently handled
Proactively identify risks & resolve issues before they affect project timelines or quality.

What You Need for this Position

Strong project management skills as they pertain to completing design builds for clients
Experience in the tradeshow or custom exhibit industry is ideal
Experience working with engineering & fabrication teams to help finalize designs
Familiarity w/ CAD software i.e. Vectorworks, Solidworks, or AutoCAD
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
