Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager specializing in Healthcare and Design Build projects. The ideal candidate will oversee healthcare construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a blend of project management skills and a strong understanding of the healthcare sector, including hospitals and labs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from initial planning through to completion.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize project management software such as Procore to track progress and manage resources effectively.
Conduct regular site meetings to monitor progress and address any arising issues.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations according to industry standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare or construction industry.
Proven experience with design build projects and knowledge of healthcare facilities, including hospitals and labs.
Strong proficiency in project management tools, particularly Procore and Revit.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
