Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Heavy Civil Construction division. The ideal candidate will oversee complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role involves managing various aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will have experience with construction methods related to dams, aquaculture, hydropower, water treatment, and transportation construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage heavy civil construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues effectively.
  • Oversee contract management and procurement processes.
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Implement quality assurance practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communication effectively.
  • Facilitate team leadership and collaboration among diverse groups.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve challenges that arise during construction.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with construction methods related to dams, aquaculture, hydropower, water treatment, and transportation construction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in heavy civil construction.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and construction safety standards.
  • Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Expertise in risk management and contract management.
  • Proficient in field management and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated team leadership and problem-solving abilities.
