Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively coordinating with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, and manage changes as necessary.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively to achieve financial objectives.
• Implement best practices in project management and construction safety to maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are a plus.
