Reporting to Partners, Directors, and Senior Managers, you will be the primary point of contact of clients and oversee day-to-day responsibilities of the Audit & Assurance team. As the Audit & Assurance Manager, you will lead a team of Associates and Sr. Associates who will look to you for mentorship, development & training opportunities and, ensure service level excellence. What Your Day Looks Like

Manage multiple client relationships and engagements
Analyze and research accounting and auditing matters, and develop effective solutions
Manage a team of Associates and Sr. Associates, and provide training, coaching, and mentoring
Participate in professional and community events and activities

What You Need To Be Successful

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting
7+ Years of public accounting or relevant experience, or 5+ years of public accounting experience within a manager position
Hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
A passion for client service excellence with a commitment to effective communication, organization, analytics, team first mindset, continuous education and, performance management
