Real Estate Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate law and business litigation, providing expert legal advice and representation to our clients in real estate transactions and disputes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal counsel on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing.
Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
Represent clients in real estate litigation matters, including disputes over property transactions, leases, and land use.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support real estate cases and transactions.
Advise clients on regulatory compliance and zoning issues related to real estate.
Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum of 3-7+ years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on commercial real estate.
Familiarity with business litigation and dispute resolution processes.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
