Position Overview
The Senior Construction Manager will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves acting as the owner's representative and facilitating effective communication among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Act as the owner's representative, coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure project success.
• Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential issues before they arise.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to promote flexibility and responsiveness in project management.
• Lead and mentor the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Create and maintain accurate project schedules, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary.
• Prepare and deliver project reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high construction standards and compliance with building codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on owner representation.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety standards.
• Proven experience in risk management and budget development.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage conflicts effectively.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management software.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a focus on strategic planning and quality assurance.
