We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager who will work on a small team reporting directly to the Director of Tax. You will be an integral member of the team and prep/review quarterly and annual domestic income tax provisions in accordance to ASC 740 principles. You will also prepare annual foreign tax provisions, sales tax returns, and property tax returns.

What You Will Be Doing

-Prepare and review both quarterly and annual income tax provisions in accordance to ASC 740 principles
-Prepare annual tax provisions
-Handle the worldwide SOC processes
-Prepare sales tax returns and property tax returns
-Annual reports and other tax filings

What You Need for this Position

At least 4-5 years of experience with:

- Tax Management
- Preparing state and federal tax documents
- Experience with domestic income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740 principles

- Experience in Manufacturing
