Senior Superintendent

Compensation: 150k-200k Depending on Experience 

Position Overview
The Superintendent is responsible for the daily coordination and direction of multi-family construction projects. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the company's quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing subcontractors, overseeing project cost control, implementing project schedules, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for high-rise, multi-family residential projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, reporting on progress and addressing any issues that arise.
• Utilize project management software like Procore and MS Project to track project metrics and timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed according to specifications.
• Implement best practices for construction processes and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in high-rise or multi-family construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Proficiency in project management software, especially Procore and MS Project
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
