Tactical Marketing Manager - Semiconductor, Pricing, Forecasting

Position Overview
We are seeking a Tactical Marketing Manager for our Semiconductor company. This role will focus on pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and new product introduction (NPI) initiatives to maximize market share and profitability. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in tactical marketing to drive product lifecycle management and contribute to the overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement pricing strategies for semiconductor products to enhance profitability and market competitiveness.
Conduct market research and analysis to forecast demand and inform pricing decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and lifecycle management initiatives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the semiconductor market.
Prepare and present pricing proposals and market forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
Utilize data analytics to track performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in tactical marketing, with a focus on the semiconductor industry.
Strong expertise in pricing strategies and demand forecasting.
Experience in product lifecycle management and new product introduction (NPI) processes.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision making.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
