Tax Senior

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tax Senior to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in taxation, with a focus on compliance and planning for various entities. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients meet their tax obligations and optimize their tax strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for various entities including partnerships, corporations, and individuals.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on tax compliance and planning issues.
Assist in the review of tax provisions and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Conduct research on tax issues and stay updated on changes in tax regulations.
Collaborate with clients to understand their tax needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Manage multiple tax projects and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
CPA certification is required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance.
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
Experience with partnership tax, C-Corp, S-Corp, and 1040 tax returns.
Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
