Traveling Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Traveling Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects across multiple locations. This role will focus on diverse sectors including education, mixed-use developments, office spaces, data centers, K-12 institutions, scientific facilities, industrial projects, and healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously across different locations.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and progress.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor their execution.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and deliverables for stakeholders.
Ensure that all projects adhere to industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in mixed-use, office, data center, K-12, schools, science, industrial, and healthcare sectors.
Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across various locations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
